How after hours painting works
- 01Site walk. We visit during or after hours to measure, note access and learn how the space is used.
- 02Phased schedule. Larger spaces are painted in sections so each area is ready for business the next morning.
- 03Nightly reset. Furniture goes back, floors are cleaned and signage is put back before we leave.
- 04Low odor products. Where it makes sense, we use low odor coatings so the space is comfortable the next day.
Spaces that benefit most
Restaurants, retail stores, medical and dental offices, and multi tenant office buildings all tend to have narrow windows when painting is possible. Apartment turnovers also move faster when a crew can work on a tight schedule between tenants.
What we need from you
Access instructions, alarm procedures, a point of contact and any tenant or landlord requirements. Many property managers also ask for a certificate of insurance, which we can provide before work starts.
