These terms apply to your use of this website and to painting services provided by Blue Oak Painting Company ("Blue Oak," "we," "us") in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. By using this site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms.
1. Estimates
Estimates are free and provided in writing. Each estimate describes the scope of work, products, timeline and price. Estimates are based on the conditions we see at the time of the visit. Work not listed on the written estimate is not included unless added through a signed change order.
2. Scheduling and access
We schedule work once an estimate is accepted. Weather, material availability and site conditions can affect timing, and we will tell you as soon as possible if a date needs to change. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, along with water and electricity where needed.
3. Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are listed on your written estimate or contract. Final payment is due on completion of the work unless your contract states otherwise.
4. Change orders
Changes to the scope of work after an estimate is signed must be agreed in writing and may change the price and timeline.
5. Promotions and referral terms
The 10% discount
- Applies to qualifying painting projects with a total of $2,500 or more before the discount is applied.
- Mention code BLUEOAK10 when you request your free estimate, or at any point before the estimate is provided. It cannot be applied after a proposal has been issued, after work has begun, or retroactively.
- One discount per household or property per project. Not combinable with any other offer, promotion or discount. No cash value.
- Does not apply to change orders added after the proposal is signed, to materials purchased separately, or to work funded by an insurance claim or a third party.
- The discount is offered at the discretion of Blue Oak Painting Company and is not guaranteed on every project. If it applies to your job, it will appear on your written estimate before any work begins. Blue Oak Painting Company may modify or end this promotion at any time.
The $100 referral
- You receive $100 when someone you refer has their project completed and paid in full. Nothing is paid at the point of booking or estimate.
- The person you refer must be a new customer who has not already requested an estimate from us.
- Your name must be given as the referral source at or before their free estimate.
- The referred project must itself be a qualifying project of $2,500 or more.
- One referral reward per completed project. No limit on how many people you refer.
- Blue Oak Painting Company may modify or end the referral programme at any time, and any referral already completed before a change is honoured.
6. Text messaging
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, Blue Oak Painting Company may send you messages about your estimate, scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
7. Website content
Content on this website is for general information. Photos may show past projects and are not a guarantee of results on your project. We may update the website and these terms at any time.
